近期，渠县分公司运输一班班长吴绍波凭借在安全生产管理中的突出表现，被华新集团授予“2025年度优秀安全班组长”荣誉称号。

作为运输一班的班组长，吴绍波始终将安全生产视为班组管理的核心。他带领班组通过每日班前晨会组织成员系统学习岗位风险清单，逐项明确作业环节中的潜在危险源及对应控制措施、应急处置流程，确保全员对安全操作要求“心中有数、手中有策”，同时要求班组成员在作业前落实车辆安全性能专项检查，作业中执行动态安全确认。在他的带动下，运输一班形成“人人主动讲安全”的良好氛围，实现2025年全年零事故。

这一荣誉不仅是对其个人安全管理能力的肯定，更彰显了渠县分公司“安全第一、预防为主”的管理理念在生产一线班组中的有效落实。未来分公司将继续严抓安全管理，让安全成为矿山开采中最鲜明的底色。
