Established in 1979, China Building Materials Industry Construction Xi'an Engineering Co., Ltd., as a backbone subsidiary of China National Building Materials Group's Sinoma Mining, is a large-scale construction enterprise certified as a high-tech enterprise with a series of qualifications including first level general contracting qualification for mining engineering construction, first level qualification for commercial blasting operations, and first level qualification for geological hazard control engineering construction.
Sinoma Xi'an focuses on mining planning and design, mining construction, mining services, ecological restoration, production and operation, mechanical and electrical equipment installation, and comprehensive resource utilization. Mining construction covers mining design optimization, infrastructure construction, mine tunnels, green mining construction, and general contracting services; The pioneering ore mining service in 1999 covers perforation, blasting, shoveling, transportation, and crushing services; In the field of ecological restoration, the business includes surveying, design, supervision, construction, and maintenance; In the field of production and operation, we aim to build a complete industrial chain of construction, production, sales, mining, and operation services for building aggregates and cement production lines.

The mine constructed by China Resources Cement (Heqing) Co., Ltd. has included green mine construction in its development plan since the early stages of construction, and has become a benchmark for green mine construction in China; Jointly with Shaanxi Coal Ecological Cement, the first digital mine in Shaanxi Province has been built at the Fengshan Mine in Fuping. More than 30 mines served have been included in the list of green mines at or above the provincial level, and more than 30 mining projects have been rated as second level or above safety production standardized mines. For ten consecutive years, they have been awarded the "AAA Credit Enterprise" by the China Construction Enterprise Management Association, and have been awarded titles such as "National Excellent Construction Enterprise" and "Shaanxi Province May Day Labor Award".

Undertake the expansion of international mining services for the Koji project in Nigeria; Provide ore mining, ecological restoration and management, and production line operation and maintenance general contracting services for the Huaxin (Yangxin) billion ton mechanism sand and gravel project, the world's largest green mechanism sand base. After full operation, the annual production of mechanism sand will reach 100 million tons; Completed the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment for more than 50 cement production lines of New Tianshan and other groups, as well as the construction of multiple overseas cement plants in Kazakhstan and other countries; Undertake ecological restoration projects such as Zhonglian Nanyang, Yulong Tongli, and Huarun Dali; Provide production and operation services for Qingzhou Zhonglian, Luoyang Zhonglian, Dengzhou Zhonglian, and others.
