As a leading national level mining construction enterprise, Sinoma Xi'an is deeply engaged in its main business, with more than a thousand professional and technical personnel. It has the qualifications of "three or one level" for mining engineering construction general contracting, commercial blasting operations, and geological disaster prevention and control. In the field of mining construction, we provide mining design optimization, infrastructure construction, mine tunnels, green mining construction, and general contracting services.
In the field of mining services, in 1999, we pioneered the provision of ore mining services for Ulan Zhonglian Cement, covering perforation, blasting, shovel loading, transportation, and crushing services, and have developed into the leading business of metal and non-metal mining enterprises; In the field of ecological restoration, the business includes surveying, design, construction supervision, and maintenance, and the use of new technologies and processes to promote the construction of green mines.
The company is facing the future and actively building digital mines. The 37 mines it serves have been included in the list of green mines at or above the provincial level. The mine constructed by China Resources Building Materials Technology (Heqing) Co., Ltd. has included green mine construction in its development plan since the early stages of construction, and has become a benchmark for green mine construction in China; More than 40 mining projects have been rated as second level or above safety production standardized mines.
In the field of production and operation, we aim to build a complete industrial chain for the construction, production, sales, mining, and operation services of metal and non-metal ore production lines. To provide general contracting services for ore mining, ecological restoration and management, and production line operation and maintenance for the Huaxin (Yangxin) billion ton mechanism sand and gravel project, the world's largest green mechanism sand base. After full operation, the annual production of mechanism sand will reach 100 million tons.
In the field of mechanical and electrical equipment installation, we provide mechanical and electrical equipment installation services and have completed the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment for more than 50 cement production lines of New Tianshan and other groups, as well as the construction of multiple overseas cement plants in Kazakhstan and other countries.
We continue to promote diversified business development and have successively undertaken EPC general contracting projects for Shaanxi Coal Chongqing (Wansheng), Hunan Rail Yongzhou, and Shaoyang. With excellent engineering management experience and efficient performance, we have won high praise from the owners; To provide services for the decorative granite mining project of Biyang Zhonglian New Materials Co., Ltd., with an annual extraction of 1.1 million cubic meters of waste materials; Provide mining general contracting services for China National Building Materials Heilongjiang Graphite New Materials Co., Ltd. in the "Graphite Capital of China" (Jixi); At State Power Investment Ningwu Bauxite, I am fully responsible for the management and implementation of the entire process of bauxite mining and operation, steadily expanding the industrial landscape.
We accelerated the layout of the international market, closely followed the "the Belt and Road" initiative, took the initiative to integrate into the new development pattern with a global perspective, and expanded overseas territory with a "broken posture". Provide systematic mining operation and maintenance services for DCC Group in the Sulaymaniyah region of Iraq; In Sulawesi Island, Indonesia, we provide customers with full production chain services covering mining infrastructure, ore mining, production line operation and maintenance, and other aspects; In Nigeria, we combine large-scale mining with localized operations, delve into diverse mineral fields such as coal mines and lead-zinc mines, and continue to export Chinese standards with professionalism and wisdom.
