1月6日，渠县分公司运输二组成功通过华新水泥四星班组验收。验收过程中，评审组对运输二组给予了高度评价。

班组成员熟练掌握安全规程、操作要领，在随机抽查中，员工能够清晰阐述工作中的各类风险、管控措施、应急处置措施，深刻理解各项安全要求的内涵。

班组会议上，运输成员通过“吓一跳事件”分享，以自身经历的事件，提醒同事在工作中避免类似危险情况发生，有效弥补了安全管理人员视角的局限，实现了从“被动接受管理”到“主动自主管理”的转变，激发了班组安全管理的内生动力。班组成员日常认真学习事故警示案例，并将案例与本岗位实际紧密结合，剖析风险、加强管控措施，进一步筑牢安全防线。
